Welcome to TF web - your portal to HCC’s Integrated Asset Management System (IAMS).

The information on tf.web gives property managers direct access to their live asset management data, including:

  • CAD floorplans
  • Asbestos plan
  • Suitability surveys
  • Sufficiency surveys
  • Condition surveys
  • Utilities consumption and cost


  
 

You are asked to note that in order to meet the new requirements regarding energy usage and carbon reduction, all gas, electricity and oil meters will be manually read between 25th March and 8th April. In order to keep costs to a minimum this work will be undertaken without appointments being booked. Spatial Intelligence Ltd will carry out the meter readings. Operatives have been provided with HCS official badges, including photographs, and all will carry appropriate documentation in relation to CRB check.

The programme for updating Asset Management Data for 2009/2010 should be completed by Easter, with information on this website available in the Summer Term.
